Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review SEC filings, including Forms 10Q, 10K, and 8K, as well as public documents such as earnings releases, investor conference presentations, and proxy statements.
• Handle complex accounting issues and transactions for proper U.S. GAAP treatment as needed.
• Manage the annual 401(k) plan financial statements.
• Manage accounting for stock‑based compensation, including monthly reporting, payroll‑related reporting, equity awards database maintenance, and option fair‑value calculation.
• Oversee one senior accountant.

• CPA and Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• 6–8 years of experience mixing public and private sectors.
• Experience in a public accounting firm working with Fortune 500 public companies.
• Private experience must involve SEC reporting responsibilities for a public company.
• Experience with XBRL filing and stock‑based compensation is a plus.
