Location: New York
A real estate services company is seeking a Property Accountant to manage the accounting operations for 12–15 luxury co-op and condominium properties. The role requires 2–5 years of accounting experience with solid AP and AR fundamentals, and familiarity with GL coding. Daily tasks include processing rent receipts, managing invoices, and performing reconciliations.
Experience with MRI Software or Yardi is required, and prior co-op accounting experience is a strong preference.
