Role DescriptionThis is a part-time hybrid role for a Bookkeeper based in New York. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, maintaining accurate bookkeeping records, and performing general accounting duties, including: reconciliation, preparing checks for vendors and clients, keeping track of expenses, and maintaining and preparing case-related financial summaries. Additional responsibilities include using accounting software (Quick Books) to process journal entries.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Bookkeeping, Financial Statements, and maintaining accurate financial records
- Experience with Accounting Software (Quick Books) and Journal Entries
- Strong Finance skills with a solid understanding of financial principles
- Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
