We’re looking for a Technical Accounting Manager who thrives in complex, public‑company environments and wants ownership—not just execution. You’ll be the go‑to voice on technical conclusions, SEC reporting, and evolving accounting standards.
What You’ll Do- Own key accounting areas and related footnotes for Forms 10‑Q and 10‑K
- Research U.S. GAAP and document conclusions through technical whitepapers
- Advise corporate and subsidiary teams on complex accounting matters
- Lead implementation of new accounting standards
- Partner closely with internal and external auditors
- Support Audit Committee materials and quarterly updates
- Maintain financial policies, SOX controls, and compliance processes
- Participate in high‑impact projects sponsored by senior leadership
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5–7 years of public accounting experience (Big 4 strongly preferred)
- Deep knowledge of public company reporting and SEC requirements
- Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
