Accounting Manager | High-Growth Public Infrastructure Platform
A publicly traded digital infrastructure and data center platform is seeking an Assistant Controller to join its expanding accounting leadership team. This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands‑on accounting leader to step into a visible role at a business operating at the intersection of energy, large-scale data centers, and next-generation computing (AI/HPC).
The company has rapidly evolved into a critical infrastructure provider for hyperscale and cloud computing, supported by multi-billion-dollar, long-term partnerships
, a strong ESG mandate, and a multi-billion-dollar market capitalization.
- Senior seat within a public company with real scale, complexity, and growth
- Direct partnership with Finance, Audit, and executive leadership
- Opportunity to own and help mature close, reporting, and control processes
- Balanced scope across technical accounting, SEC reporting, and operations
- Business operating at the forefront of AI, cloud, and sustainable infrastructure
- Ownership of key aspects of month-end and quarter-end close
- Preparation and review of financial statements and supporting schedules
- Multi-entity consolidations and complex reporting matters
- Direct partnership with Finance on SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K) and disclosures
- Maintenance and enhancement of SOX controls and documentation
- Active role in internal and external audits
- Analysis of financial results and communication of insights to leadership
- Leadership of process improvements and system enhancements as the business scales
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Background in public accounting (Big 4 or comparable), now operating in industry
- Experience with in a publicly traded, multi-entity operating company
- Hands‑on exposure to 10-K and 10-Q filings and SOX controls
- Strong consolidation and close experience
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with modern ERPs (Workday a plus)
- CPA preferred
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with real ownership
