Accounts Payable Specialist

Overview

Our client, a private family office, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support day-to-day financial operations in a professional, fast-paced environment. This role offers exposure across accounts payable, cash management, and general accounting while working closely with a small, collaborative team.

• Process invoices, checks, and wire transfers; post transactions to the general ledger; assist with reconciliations and maintain organized digital records; respond to time-sensitive requests; and support tax documentation and other financial tasks as needed.

• 4+ years of accounts payable experience
• Bachelor7s degree in accounting is preferred
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with accounting systems
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable handling confidential information

This is a hybrid role requiring three days onsite and offers a stable opportunity within a private family office environment. Compensation is competitive with great benefits.
