Job Description- Review, code, and allocate invoices in Accounts Payable software
- Liaise with payment requestors and route invoices for approvals
- Manage vendor onboarding and maintain tax records (W-8/W-9)
- Upload and post invoices in accounting software
- Reconcile cash daily and apply wires to invoices
- Correspond with vendors to resolve invoice or payment discrepancies
- Review employee expense reports and flag high-risk items
- Assist with the employee travel program and daily cash support
- 2–6 years of AP or corporate accounting experience
- Based in or able to work in NYC three times per week
- Strong background in accounts payable and corporate accounting principles
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage high-volume processes and meet deadlines
