Finance Senior Associate - General Ledger

Core Responsibilities

• Own and maintain general ledger integrity, ensuring accurate coding, classification, and reconciliation of financial transactions
• Assist with month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close activities, including journal entry preparation, accruals, etc.
• Prepare and review journal entries with appropriate supporting documentation in compliance with U.S. GAAP
• Manage intercompany accounting processes including due‑to/due‑from balances, reconciliations, and coordination of elimination entries for consolidated financial statements
• Support consolidation activities across multiple entities ensuring accuracy and consistency of financial reporting
• Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations, investigating and resolving variances in a timely manner
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of key accounts including accruals, prepaid expenses, and intercompany balances
• Assist with partnership accounting processes including various payment types
• Assist in preparation of audit schedules during audit cycles
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting support during close cycles and special projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• 3+ years’ work experience
• Experience in the following:
  • U.S. GAAP financial reporting
  • General ledger accounting & reconciliations
  • Intercompany accounting & consolidation
  • ASC 842 lease accounting
  • Month‑end / quarter‑end close
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups)
  • ERP systems: SAP, Oracle, Quick Books, Dynamo
• Strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset
• Ability to perform in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments

Salary Range:
For individuals hired to work in New York, the expected salary range for this role is $78,000 to $110,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and skill set.
