Location: New York
Gilder Search Group in New York City is looking for an in-house accountant to manage the accounting function end-to-end, including property-level and corporate accounting. You will be responsible for the entire monthly close process, financial statement preparation, and construction loan draw processes.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with at least 2 years in public accounting or 3 years in corporate accounting, preferably in real estate development. The position offers a base salary of $100,000 to $110,000 and requires a full in-person commitment in Midtown Manhattan.
