Financial Controller (Manufacturing)
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Salary: $160k
Schedule: Full-time, in-office
We are seeking a Controller / Accounting Manager with manufacturing experience to oversee and manage the company’s accounting operations. This role requires a hands‑on professional who can own the financials and support day‑to‑day accounting functions.
Responsibilities- Oversee all accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage cost accounting
, inventory, and manufacturing-related financial reporting - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Work closely with ownership and operations on financial insights and reporting
- Proven experience as a Controller or Accounting Manager in a manufacturing environment A MUST
- Strong understanding of cost accounting and inventory management
- Experience with accounting systems;
Net Suite experience a plus - Detail‑oriented, organized, and hands‑on
- Able to work full‑time, in‑office in Brooklyn
