To work in the fields of Corporate Taxes, Personal taxes, Accounting and Payroll in our CPA Firm. Eligible Candidate should have excellent knowledge in the fields of Personal and Corporate Taxation, Accounting and Payroll. The Candidate will have the opportunity to go to higher level as supervisor based on his/her ability. Accounting degree is required.

• Prepare personal and Corporation tax returns.
• Prepare the payroll on Quick Books Software for our payroll clients, pay the payroll taxes and file the quarterly payroll tax returns.
• Must have hands on experience in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• This is a Full-Time position in a CPA firm in Forest Hills, NY
• Eligible candidate should be a go getter, willing to learn, work and advance to supervisory position.

• Previous experience in Personal and Corporate taxation, Accounting and Payroll.
• Good leadership qualities
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in the field of accounting, taxation, or a related field.
• A valid work visa.
• A degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.

Salary will be $30+ per hour.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Senior Accountant to join our team at our Forest Hills, NY office. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our financial services department, focusing mainly on accounting, taxation, accounts receivable, data entry, Quick Books management, bookkeeping, and payroll. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary of $30 - $40 per hour.

• Perform and oversee all general ledger accounting and bookkeeping practices.
• Manage and maintain company Quick Books.
• Assist with payroll processing and accounts receivable.
• Conduct in-depth data entry tasks.
• Assist in taxation processes and procedures.

The salary for this position falls within the range of $30 - $40 per hour, commensurate with experience and skills.

• Proficiency in Quick Books and other accounting software.
• Experience in bookkeeping and payroll processing.
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles and taxation procedures.
