Job Summary
The Staff Accountant is responsible for performing accounting functions related to the month‑end close process, account reconciliation, audit and other projects. Responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and posting journal entries; maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts; assisting with annual audit preparations; maintaining and reconciling various schedules; contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures;
and providing suggestions for process improvement.
- Prepare, review, and post month‑end journal entries.

- Maintain and reconcile various financial schedules.
- Contribute to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
- Provide suggestions and input to improve process efficiency.
- Participate in other assigned projects.
- BS/BA in Accounting required.
- 1–2 years of accounting work experience preferred.
- High attention to detail and strong organization skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, required.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Quick learner, self‑motivated and a team player.
- Ability to learn new accounting systems.
Salary range: $66,300–$72,000.
Work ScheduleDay shift – 7.5 hours per day (United States of America).
