Overview

- Handle purchase orders, inventory management, and invoice processing efficiently.

- Contribute to customer service efforts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Work onsite during standard business hours, ensuring availability for team collaboration.

- Process purchase orders and manage inventory records accurately.
- Enter invoices and maintain bookkeeping records using accounting software.
- Provide customer service support, addressing inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless administrative operations.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and reconciling accounts as needed.
- Maintain compliance with GAAP standards and organizational policies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Support the transition of temporary operations to permanent solutions.
- Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Accounting or related field required.
- Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience; 2 years preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Netsuite, Oracle, or A2000 preferred.
- Understanding of GAAP principles and ability to apply them effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
- Ability to work onsite during standard business hours (9-5pm).
- Excellent communication skills for customer service and team collaboration.
