Salary: $97,000 - $140,000 per year

We are seeking a Senior Tax Associate to join our growing tax practice. This role is ideal for someone coming from public accounting who enjoys hands‑on tax preparation, client interaction, and working across multiple entity types in a collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience preparing complex returns for partnerships, corporations, S‑corporations, and high-net-worth individuals while managing multiple engagements and deadlines during busy seasons.
Responsibilities- Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns including:
- 1040 (high-net-worth individuals)
- 1065 partnerships
- 1120S S‑corporations
- 1120 C‑corporations
- Work with multi‑entity and K‑1 heavy client structures
- Assist with tax planning, projections, and advisory engagements
- Communicate directly with clients to gather information and resolve tax matters
- Research moderately complex tax issues and document findings
- Collaborate with managers and partners on complex engagements
- Review work prepared by junior staff and provide mentorship
- Manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced public accounting environment
- 3+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Strong exposure across multiple return types (1040, 1065, 1120S, 1120)
- Experience with high-net-worth individuals and pass‑through entities preferred
- Foundational to strong experience with CCH Axcess Tax required
- Experience with multi‑state returns and Trust & Estate (1041) returns is a plus
- CPA or CPA track strongly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
