Bookkeeper
Location: Brooklyn, NY (Borough Park)
Compensation: Up to $100,000 DOE
A growing property management company is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join its team. This is a hands‑on role for someone who can step in with minimal training and take ownership of the company’s day‑to‑day bookkeeping and accounting functions.
Responsibilities- Manage daily bookkeeping and financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist with monthly financial reporting and account reconciliations.
- Track expenses, payments, and vendor accounts.
- Work closely with management to ensure accurate and organized financial records.
- Proven bookkeeping experience required.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with Quick Books and Excel Required
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑sufficient.
- Property management experience is a plus.
We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, requires little to no training, and brings strong bookkeeping experience to the role.
Compensation: Up to $100,000 based on experience, qualifications, and availability.
