Bookkeeper & Accounts Manager

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Bookkeeping and Accounts Manager to join our team. This role will oversee day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate records, and help support the financial health and organization of the company.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Assist with payroll and contractor payments
• Prepare monthly financial statements and budgets
• Coordinate with external CPA/accounting firms during tax season
• Track expenses, invoices, and company cash flow
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required
• Strong understanding of Quick Books (or similar accounting software)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Experience with payroll systems and financial reporting preferred

• Full-time (location flexible depending on candidate)
