I’m working with a growing CPA & advisory firm in Woodbury that’s looking to add a sharp Tax Coordinator to its team.
This is a great role for someone with US public accounting experience who enjoys being organised, client-facing and close to the action during busy season.
You’ll be supporting the tax team with workflow, client communication, document tracking, tax return processing, e-filing, deadlines and general coordination across individual, partnership and business tax work.
The firm has a strong Long Island presence, a professional but down-to-earth team, and a client base made up of privately held businesses, individuals and family-owned companies.
This would suit someone who:
- Has experience in a US CPA firm or tax environment
- Understands tax season deadlines and workflow
- Is highly organised and detail-driven
- Communicates well with clients and internal teams
- Wants to build a career in public accounting operations, tax administration or client service
