Pay: $28/hour, Contract with potential to extend

• Review contracts and reports to ensure accurate data entry into the accounting system
• Investigate held payments and coordinate submission of missing records with internal teams
• Perform month‑end close tasks for A/R and ensure revenue is booked according to policy
• Manage monthly billing adjustments and resolve discrepancies or questions
• Identify and collect past‑due balances while maintaining positive client relationships
• Conduct monthly training for new staff on accounting functions and submission processes
• Support budgeting processes, special projects, and process improvement initiatives

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3+ years of Finance or Accounting experience
• Proven experience reconciling accounts and resolving financial discrepancies
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
