- Locations: 730 3rd Ave, 11th Floor, New York, NY, 10017, US (Hybrid)
- Compensation: $80,000 - $86,000 (based on background of the individual selected for this position; see “About Us” for more details)
- Complete all aspects of accounting and audit engagements for clients, including status updates to engagement managers and adherence to all required quality control standards.
- Demonstrate understanding of the client’s business, including analysis and planning of client engagements.
- Adhere to engagement budget constraints and complete assigned tasks within the requested time, explaining variances when needed.
- Achieve charge hour goals.
- Review associates’ accounting, tax, or auditing work and provide constructive review points.
- May supervise Associates on engagements.
- Train and mentor associate staff.
- May be involved in the client billing process by assisting Managers or Directors.
- Identify and begin to develop knowledge in selected specialty practice areas.
- Leverage industry knowledge and business acumen to blend cross‑service opportunities into client engagements.
- Participate in practice development activities such as membership in qualified organizations capable of referring potential engagements.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Completed at least one busy season.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing at all levels of organization, both internally and externally.
- Proficient use of applicable technology.
- Must be able to travel based on client and business needs.
The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, geographical location, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
