Global leader in financial technology infrastructure, providing mission-critical solutions to the world’s leading financial institutions, is looking for an Accounting Manager. The Accounting Manager will oversee core accounting operations, ensure compliance with US GAAP, and deliver timely, accurate financial reporting. This individual will play a critical role in managing complex revenue recognition for SaaS and subscription contracts, leading the close process, and partnering with leadership on process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Oversee SaaS revenue recognition in compliance with ASC 606
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and consolidated financial statements
• Lead the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors
• Collaborate with FP&A, Sales, and Operations to ensure revenue, expense, and margin accuracy
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and internal controls
• Identify and implement process improvements to support scalability and efficiency
• Manage and mentor junior accounting staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or Master’s in Accounting strongly preferred
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting (Big 4 or national firm) and SaaS industry experience
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606, and technical accounting principles
• ERP experience required;
  Net Suite strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
