We are working with the Controller of a Technology company based in New York, NY. They are looking for a dynamic Accounts Payable Manager to join their team. This company offers a competitive salary w/ benefits including a hybrid work schedule, unlimited PTO, and fully paid medical insurance!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review and verify proper general ledger coding for all payables including employee expenses
Review and set up payments, including monthly contract manufacturers’ payments and intercompany funding
Book journal entries for other payable activity such as intercompany funding, domestic payroll, or reimbursements from vendors
Supervise a small team of A/P specialists

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of Accounts Payable experience including some supervision
Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
Exposure to any ERP system
