What You’ll Do
We are seeking a Data Center Senior Lease Analyst to support the administration, accuracy, and continuous improvement of our data center, real estate, and equipment lease portfolio. In this role, you will oversee lease data integrity, ensure ASC 842 compliance, and enhance reporting within our lease management system (CoStar). You’ll partner closely with Accounting, Finance, and Operations to maintain high‑quality lease data and strong internal controls.

The Role
Core Weave is seeking a Data Center Senior Lease Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will act as a key player in ensuring fiscal and operational control over our expanding infrastructure portfolio. You will work cross‑functionally to audit, interpret, and optimize our lease obligations, ensuring all data is accurate and our workflows scale seamlessly alongside our hyper‑growth.
In This Role, You Will- Oversee the administration of the Company’s data center, real estate, and equipment leases, including coordination with Accounts Payable for monthly lease payments.
- Review and validate lease abstractions completed by third‑party providers.
- Interact with landlords to resolve billing disputes, reconcile charges, and confirm lease commencement and rent‑commencement dates.
- Perform desk audits of annual operating expense statements to ensure all expenses are consistent with the terms of the lease.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues; develop and implement process improvement plans.
- Maintain and enhance ASC 842 policies, controls, and data gathering processes.
- Support internal and external SOX audits with documentation and data validation.
- Prepare and distribute periodic and ad hoc lease reports, including critical dates and KPI dashboards.
- Improve reporting and system utilization within CoStar to strengthen controls and visibility.
- Interpret complex commercial contract language related to rent, tax, insurance, power usage, cross‑connects, and other obligations.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate lease information.
- Drive continuous improvement across workflows, reporting, and operational practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial real‑estate lease administration experience (data center preferred).
- Strong understanding of ASC 842 and lease accounting principles.
- Experience reviewing and interpreting commercial lease agreements and amendments.
- Experience with CoStar, Asana, and the Google suite.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive mindset with a track record of identifying gaps and driving solutions.
The base salary range for this role is $99,000 to $145,000. The starting salary will be determined by job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
