Location: Hartsdale

A religious day school in Hartsdale, NY is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join the team on a part-time, temporary basis.

Who You Are
  • Experienced in end-to-end accounts payable processes
  • Highly proficient with  and automated AP workflows
  • Skilled in Excel and Google Sheets for financial tracking and analysis
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in reviewing financial documents
  • Effective communicator with experience managing vendor interactions
  • Able to step into a role quickly and operate with minimal ramp-up
What You’ll Do
  • Manage day-to-day accounts payable activities within a cloud-based system
  • Review and validate invoices for accuracy, coding, and approvals
  • Coordinate with vendors to address discrepancies and payment inquiries
  • Maintain organized digital records and supporting documentation
  • Assist with general administrative needs within the business office
What Success Looks Like
  • AP operations run smoothly with accurate and timely processing
  • Invoice discrepancies are resolved quickly with minimal disruption
  • Vendor relationships remain positive and responsive
  • Financial records are well-organized and audit-ready
  • The broader team is effectively supported in day-to-day operations

Pay Rate Range: $28-33 per hour, based on experience

Time Commitment: Temporary, part-time (10-15 hours per week)

Location: Hartsdale, NY – Fully on site
