• Supervising the day-to-day financial operations, including reconciling accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Preparing detail balance sheet monthly.
• Preparing financial statements to provide for management.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Implementing and maintaining effective internal controls and financial processes.
• Liaising with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.

• Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
• Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
• Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
• Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting field, preferably from shipping/logistics companies. Previous experience in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) is frequently required or preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting processes and financial statement preparation
• Able to perform bank reconciliation, AR/AP reconciliation, and monitor financial transactions
• Understanding of general taxation (VAT, Withholding Tax, and tax reporting)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Ms. Excel, and familiar with accounting systems (CODA knowledge is an advantage)
• Good communication skills and able to collaborate effectively within a team
• Capable of leading and coordinating team activities in daily operations
• Willing to be placed in North Jakarta
