Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 per year

Job Details

What you'll do:

  • Prepare AIA owner requisitions and agency draw packages (HPD, HDC, HCR, HUD)
  • Process subcontractor pay applications, lien waivers, and compliance documentation
  • Maintain job cost ledgers, change orders, and contract files for assigned projects
  • Support PMs and the Controller with monthly cost reporting and WIP schedules
  • Assist with tax credit equity pay-ins, draw certifications, and project-level closeouts
  • Track subcontractor compliance including W-9s, COIs, M/WBE participation, and prevailing wage where applicable

What we’re looking for:

  • 2–4 years of accounting experience, construction industry strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Exposure to affordable housing, LIHTC, or public agency draws is a major plus — but we’ll train the right person
  • Experience with Sage 300 CRE, Foundation, or similar construction accounting software a plus
  • Strong Excel, organized, accurate, and a self‑starter
