Junior Accountant

Tranquil Resorts is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Support Specialist to join our finance team in New York. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our day-to-day financial operations. • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process invoices, receipts, and expense reports in a timely manner.
• Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end and year-end closing.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements for internal use.
• Support payroll processing and related financial documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and provide accurate financial information.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.

• Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related financial roles.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
