Overview
As a Senior Associate at PwC’s Private Generalist team, you will work with privately held companies, applying your accounting expertise and new firm technology to deliver thorough financial and assurance services while building strong client relationships and leading team members.

- Build and nurture client relationships
- Develop a thorough understanding of business contexts
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated skills in business and accounting issues for privately held companies
- Application of technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and U.S. GAAS
- Use of feedback and reflection to develop self‑awareness
- Seeking and taking opportunities to expose to other businesses
- Plain communication to influence others
- Learning about clients’ businesses and operations
- Testing own and others’ work for quality and accuracy
- Innovating through new and existing technologies
- Meeting educational requirements to fulfill the 150 credit hour requirement necessary for the CPA license
Travel requirement: up to 40%.
Salary range: $72,000 – $184,440 (Washington State: $72,000 – $212,000). Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location.
