Staff Tax Accountant

Salary: $65,000 – $85,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns accurately and on time
  • Conduct tax research and assist with planning strategies to minimize client liabilities
  • Collaborate with clients to gather necessary tax documentation and respond to inquiries
  • Assist with resolving tax notices and matters with tax authorities
  • Contribute to improving tax processes and workflows
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2+ years of tax experience (public accounting preferred)
  • Knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
  • Experience with tax software and accounting systems
  • CPA or progress toward certification is a plus
