Experienced Associate - Accounting Advisory

Centri Business Consulting is looking for an Experienced Associate to join our Accounting Advisory team. The role focuses on supporting complex project engagements across domains such as IPO readiness, restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, revenue recognition, lease preparation, and other technical accounting assignments with clients in emerging industries such as Cannabis, Life Sciences, Technology, Digital Assets, and eSports.

• Assist with projects such as IPO Readiness, Restructuring, Mergers & Acquisitions, Divestitures/Carve‑Outs, Revenue Recognition, Lease Prep, and related engagements.
• Engage client stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver timely, accurate work.
• Support teammates in developing technical and professional competencies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent required.
• CPA or CPA exam‑ready.
• 1+ years of accounting experience, with at least one year in public accounting or professional services highly preferred.
