We are seeking an experienced Billing and Collections Manager to oversee billing operations, accounts receivable, and collections activities in a high-volume environment. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, process improvements, and exceptional client service.

• Lead and develop a team of billing and collections professionals.
• Manage billing, invoicing, collections, and accounts receivable processes.
• Monitor outstanding balances and drive timely payment collections.
• Resolve complex billing and payment issues with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Pricing, and eBilling teams.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of billing, collections, or accounts receivable experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
