Base pay range$50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr
We're Hiring:
Accounting Associate – Accounts Receivable
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Associate with a strong focus on Accounts Receivable to support our Finance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment — all from the comfort of your home.
In this role, you will:
- Enter and manage sales orders with accuracy
- Generate and send invoices to customers
- Review purchase orders (POs) and contracts for billing compliance
- Follow up on outstanding receivables via email and phone
- Maintain accurate AR records and resolve billing discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth billing processes
- Support month-end AR reporting and account reconciliation
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ year of experience in AR, billing, or clerical accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments is a plus
