Aux Talent is partnering with a leading global skincare brand to add an Accountant to the team. This will be the second hire on the Accounting team and will be working directly with the Finance Director. This role will have a strong focus on Accounts Payable, as well as broader financial operations. You will play a key role in managing day-to-day accounting functions, including vendor payments, payroll support, 401(k) validation, and sales tax compliance.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a drive to streamline financial processes while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities: Accounts Payable, Vendor Management, Payroll Support, 401(K) Validation, Sales Tax Compliance, General Reporting, Month-End Close, Audit & Documentation and Process Improvement

Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in accounting, accounts payable, or related financial roles with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, Quick Books Online and  experience, Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills, Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment.

Location: REMOTE, must be located in the US currently, PST/MST preferred
