We're currently hiring a skilled and reliable Accounting Clerk (AR/AP) to join our back‑office team. • Process and post vendor invoices
• Match purchase orders with invoices and ensure approval workflows are followed
• Prepare check runs and electronic payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

• Process customer payments, deposits, and receipts
• Monitor aging reports and assist with collection efforts
• Reconcile internal AR accounts, including warranty and manufacturer incentives
• Assist with daily deposits and dealership bank reconciliation

• Maintain accurate and organized records
• Support month‑end closing procedures
• Work closely with sales, service, and parts departments to ensure accurate financials
• Uphold internal controls and dealership compliance standards

• 2+ years of experience in automotive accounting preferred
• Familiarity with dealership management systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealer track) a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general accounting principles
• High school diploma required; college coursework in accounting or business preferred
• Valid U.S. driver's license with a 3‑year clear driving history
• Must be 18 years of age
