Payroll Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a growing team in Manhattan. The ideal candidate will have strong payroll processing experience, advanced Excel skills, and hands‑on experience with ADP Workforce Now and Etime
.

Location: Manhattan, NY

Compensation: $41 – $43 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Hybrid (4 days in office)

• Process weekly, biweekly, and semi‑monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Review and audit payroll data for accuracy and compliance
• Maintain employee payroll records and process payroll changes
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now for payroll administration and reporting
• Manage time and attendance records through Etime
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
• Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits as needed
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Perform special projects and additional duties as assigned

• 2 or more years of payroll processing experience
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now
• Experience using Etime or similar time‑keeping systems
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities
