Accounting Manager
We are looking for a dedicated Accounting Manager that will report directly to the CFO. In this role, you will own the full-cycle financial operations, providing strategic oversight while actively managing a small team. You will ensure the accuracy of all financial statements and take charge of audit preparation to maintain consistent compliance and readiness. Beyond core operations, you will also play a key role in developing and enforcing internal controls, maintaining the general ledger, overseeing month-end close procedures, and analyzing financial data to provide actionable insights to leadership.
You will be responsible for streamlining accounting workflows, managing reconciliations, and collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to support organizational goals. Because leadership is deeply committed to professional development, this position serves as a unique mentorship opportunity for an ambitious accountant ready to expand their leadership capabilities.
- 5+ years of full cycle accounting experience
- Previous ownership over month-end
- Property and/or non-profit accounting experience
- Proficiency in property or construction accounting/ERP software
