The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, treasury accounting, and compliance activities for the Company. This role will lead the monthly close process, manage external audits, ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, and support executive leadership with financial analysis and strategic initiatives. The Controller will manage a growing accounting team and play a key role in maintaining a scalable and well-controlled finance organization.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on accounting leader with strong technical accounting expertise, experience managing audits, and a proven ability to improve processes and systems within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment

- s.Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules in accordance with U.S. GAA
- P.Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management, lenders, investors, auditors, and regulatory stakeholder
- s.Manage account reconciliations and balance sheet substantiation processe
- s.Oversee consolidation activities and intercompany accountin
- ce Research, document, and implement accounting guidance under U.S. GAA
- P.Prepare technical accounting memoranda for significant transactions and accounting position
- s.Coordinate annual financial statement audits and quarterly review
- s.Maintain compliance with lender reporting requirements and debt covenant
- s.Support regulatory reporting and public-company readiness initiative

- s.Ensure compliance with established accounting policies and procedure

- y.Support liquidity reporting and cash forecasting initiative
- s.Coordinate with banking partners and internal stakeholders on treasury matter
- ts Support mergers, acquisitions, financing transactions, and strategic initiative
- s.Assist with implementation of new accounting standard
- s.Participate in ERP enhancements and finance transformation project
- s.Perform ad hoc analyses and projects requested by executive managemen
- ed Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Financ
- e.Active CPA licens
- e.10+ years of progressive accounting experienc
- e.3+ years of management experienc
- e.Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirement
- s.Experience managing external audit
- s.Advanced Excel skill
- s.Experience with ERP system
- ed Public accounting experience with a Big Four or national accounting fir
- m.Experience in financial services, specialty finance, lending, asset management, or fintec
- h.Experience supporting SEC reporting, SOX compliance, or public-company readiness initiative
- s.Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP platform
- s.Familiarity with debt facilities, fair value accounting, and complex financial instrument
