Payroll Specialist

We're looking for an experienced Accounting & Payroll Specialist to support payroll and invoicing across multiple companies and locations within our staffing organization. This is not an entry-level role — candidates must already have strong payroll experience and hands‑on Quick Books experience and be ready to contribute immediately.

• Process payroll accurately and on time
• Prepare and issue invoices tied to payroll and client billing
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies
• Respond to payroll‑related questions through established processes
• Maintain accurate payroll and billing records
• Partner with Accounting and Operations teams to ensure accuracy

• Proven payroll processing experience
• Strong understanding of payroll and accounting fundamentals
  
  Experience supporting multiple companies and/or locations
• High level of accuracy and ability to meet deadlines
• Not suitable for entry-level or primarily administrative candidates

• Paychex Flex experience

• 401(k) eligibility after one year
• 15 days of PTO, prorated after 90 days
• Paid holidays, including New Year's Eve & Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve & Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day
