Compensation
Non‑exempt position. Base salary: $4,875 per month during the probationary period. After successful completion of probation, base salary increases to $5,416.67 per month.
Role SummaryThe Accountant will work onsite, five days per week at our Midtown office. This role assists the Accounting team with finance and payroll projects and tackles current obstacles in the finance and accounting area to improve efficiency.

- Maintain company bank accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions to the monthly report.
- Provide information to employees, agents, and managers on payroll matters and taxation issues.
- Balance the general ledger and prepare company account cash flow statements to the monthly income statement.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, and related monthly reports.
- Analyze current payment processing situations of potential clients by interpreting processing statements for the corresponding affiliates.
- Keep informed about changes in corporate tax and individual income tax regulations that apply to the payroll process.
- Utilize statistics and principles of accounting and finance to analyze past and present financial operations.
- Execute accounting projects, reporting, and other tasks as assigned.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of hire; we are an E‑Verify employer.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Strong problem‑solving skills; critical thinking, detail‑oriented, and analytical.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- One year of experience in Quick Books is required; at least six months experience with Sage Intacct is preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization.
- Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation.
