Advisory: KPMG LLP seeks Managers in New York, NY.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- 5 years experience in outsourced audit positions or related occupations.
- Master’s degree with 2 years experience is acceptable.
- 2 years of experience must include SEC regulatory filings for spin‑offs, carve‑outs, and IPOs; accounting and reporting assistance for mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, capital raising, and financial instruments; acquisition filings for domestic and cross‑border transactions; financial statement audits; U.S. GAAP; IFRS 16; and IFRS 15.
Travel: up to 100% required to various domestic locations per business need.
Salary Range: $142,646 - $214,500 per year.
