Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations with strong supporting documentation
• Perform monthly and quarterly close activities, including analysis, validations, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Ensure all supporting documentation is complete, clear, and able to stand alone
• Support the preparation of internal and external financial statements in compliance with GAAP
• Assist with special projects including mergers and acquisitions, policy updates, and process improvements
• Support internal and external audit requests and follow up on action items
• Identify and promptly communicate issues that may materially impact the company’s financial condition
• Manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
• Adapt to changing priorities, responsibilities, and business needs
• Communicate clearly and frequently, adjusting the level of detail based on the audience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related degree
• 3+ years of professional accounting or finance experience
• Advanced experience using Microsoft Excel
• Experience with SAP preferred
• Experience with balance sheet account reconciliations
• Experience with automation tools or low-code platforms
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams
