Work Model:
This is a fully onsite role, performed at the designated Regal Rexnord office. The Linear Motion Division (Thomson) is a major contributor to the Segment, with approximately 1,500 global associates and $400M in revenue. The facility is located in East Aurora,NY, with a feeder site in St.Kitts. This position reports to the Senior Director of Finance, Linear Motion Division and is responsible for the finance function of the facility.

• Full P&L ownership, forecasting, budgeting, and maintaining a robust control environment.
• Ensure application and compliance with Regal Rexnord accounting policies, USGAAP, and all relevant regulations.
• Partner with operational and commercial leaders to support sustainable business growth, share insights, and optimize profitability.
• Maintain the cost accounting system with a focus on data integrity and consistency.
• Review labor and material variances in a forward‑looking manner.
• Develop cost rates and analyze inventory and movements.
• Lead annual physical inventory.
• Analyze actual manufacturing costs, identify drivers for variances, and partner with leaders to improve efficiency and forecast accuracy.
• Produce labor efficiency reporting.
• Lead the annual budget and monthly forecast processes.

• Strong manufacturing / cost accounting skills.
• Experience with SOX compliance testing and auditing.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and financial system knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to interact with employees at various levels and collaborate among decentralized teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing with cost accounting exposure.
• Strong background in cost systems and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, SUMIF, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• ERP experience, preferably Oracle.
• Team player with strong organizational skills.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to achieve results.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Eligibility may be limited to U.S. Persons under federal export control laws.

Expected Base Salary Range: $145,000 to $165,000. Salary is dependent on factors such as worksite location, geographic market, skill set, level of experience, education, and internal comparisons.
