Corporate Controller – New York, NY Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 + Benefits

We are partnering with a well-established and growing hospitality group that is looking for a Corporate Controller to oversee the company’s financial operations and support continued growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance leader to join a successful multi‑unit business and take ownership of a broad financial function. Reporting into senior leadership, you will oversee multiple entities, lead a small finance team, and play a key role in improving processes, systems, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys being hands‑on, has strong operational finance experience, and can use data and technology to help drive better business decisions.

• Oversee financial operations across multiple entities, including company‑wide and individual P&L reporting
• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting, cash flow management, and tax planning activities
• Manage and develop a finance team while ensuring accurate and timely reporting
• Improve accounting processes and systems, supporting the transition to more efficient technology platforms
• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic decision‑making
• Oversee payroll, payments, reconciliations, and financial controls

• Proven experience as a Corporate Controller, Controller, or senior accounting leader
• Strong background within restaurants, hospitality, or other multi‑unit operational businesses preferred
• Experience managing teams and overseeing multiple locations or entities
• Comfortable improving systems, processes, and reporting structures
• Tech‑savvy with experience using accounting and payroll systems (Paycom or similar preferred)
• Strong understanding of P&L management, financial reporting, and cash flow
• Hands‑on leader with excellent communication and business partnering skills
