Staff Accountant

Red Rock Outdoor is hiring a Staff Accountant to join our growing out-of-home advertising company in downtown NYC!

If you’re a detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, this is an opportunity to make a real impact. You’ll work directly with our CFO and play a central role in the financial operations.

• Manage full-cycle accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
• Support month-end close and financial reporting
• Partner with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis
• Process payroll and assist with tax preparation
• Help improve processes and internal controls as we scale

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2–4 years of hands‑on accounting experience (small/mid-size company experience is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of AR, AP, and bank reconciliations
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
• CPA candidacy or license preferred but not required
