Hourly wage between $22-$24 per hour, pending experience.

We are searching for a candidate who is reliable, professional, detail oriented and wants to learn and grow with the company!

Positions we are looking for:

• Dealership Accountant - AP/AR
• Dealership Specialist
• Dealership Biller
• DMV Clerk
• Automotive Office Admin

Required skills and abilities:

• General Accounting: posting deals, submitting service and warranty contracts.
• Wholesale Sales & Used Car Purchases: recording vehicle sales, requesting and processing lien payoffs.
• Dealership AP/AR: processing cash receipts and vendor invoices, collecting AR balances, handling refunds, warranty cancellations, regional check runs.

Preferred

Skills:

• Demonstrate general accounting abilities.
• CDK experience a plus.
• DMV or Title Clerk experience.
• Cashier experience.
• A professional attitude.
• A genuine focus on customer service.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent time management.
• Fantastic communication skills.

Expected pay range: $16.50 to $25.00 per hour or salary.

Actual pay offered may vary based on skills, experience, knowledge, and location.
