Accounting Manager – M&A
Salary: $110,000 – $130,000
- Direct exposure to Managing Partners and high-level M&A strategy

- Lead M&A due diligence efforts, including financial review and data room management
- Oversee accounting operations, staff performance, and client financial deliverables
- Support transaction execution and act as liaison across legal, banking, and executive teams
- Drive post-merger integration across accounting systems and financial processes
- Review financial statements, QofE analyses, and identify key risks/opportunities
- Enforce accounting policies, reporting deadlines, and process improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA or progress toward certification preferred)
- 5–7 years of experience in public accounting, corporate accounting, or transaction advisory
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, corporate tax structures, and M&A deal mechanics
- Experience analyzing financial statements and supporting due diligence processes
- Proficiency in Quick Books and ability to oversee/troubleshoot accounting workflows
- Ability to work onsite and travel for extended integration projects as needed
