Summary

Seasonal Sales Audit Analyst based in Midtown Manhattan responsible for sales, bank, and general ledger reconciliations across entities in the Americas. The role investigates tender variances, verifies payment deposits against processor statements, records payments in the general ledger, and supports internal and external audit requests. The analyst partners with retail and corporate teams to ensure accurate sales accounting and appropriate controls to prevent fraud and losses.

• Prepare and reconcile freestanding and lease department store accounts.
• Investigate tender variances and escalate issues to IT through ticket submission.
• Execute monthly closing procedures and prepare journal entries.
• Perform general ledger reconciliations and manage SAP account aging and clearing.
• Apply intercompany payments and conduct receivable and fee analysis.
• Invoice internal and external customers and provide audit documentation for financial reviews.
• File evidence for chargeback claims and generate ad hoc reports and special project support.

• 2+ years of relevant finance experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Available July 2026 through December 2026.
• Able to work 4 to 5 days per week on site in the corporate office in Midtown Manhattan.
