We are working with the CFO of a Commercial Real Estate organization based in New York City. They are looking for a dynamic Property Controller to join their team and own the Accounting and Finance for two Commercial properties. This company offers a competitive salary w/ benefits including remote Fridays!
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for a portfolio of Class A office assets
- Prepare and review detailed monthly, quarterly, and year-end work paper packages based on posted journal entries and general ledger analysis.
- Prepare and review cash forecasts, funding requests, reserve requirements, and capital expenditure funding needs
- Support the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and reforecasts
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 8+ years of Accounting experience within the Commercial Real Estate industry
- Exposure Operating Escalations
- Yardi or MRI
$200,000 - $220,000 + 20% Bonus
