• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Manage bank reporting requirements and loan covenant compliance
• Oversee fixed assets, equipment financing, and depreciation schedules
• Coordinate financial statement audits, tax audits, and regulatory reviews
• Monitor work‑in‑process schedules and percentage‑of‑completion accounting
• Support month‑end and year‑end close processes

• 5+ years of public accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Experience with construction accounting (WIP & percentage‑of‑completion preferred)
• Background in audits, tax filings, and bank covenant compliance
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
