Controller, Accounting, Financial Reporting

This Controller opportunity is ideal for a hands‑on accounting professional who enjoys owning the day-to-day accounting and financial reporting functions within a collaborative, mission‑driven environment. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will oversee general ledger management, account reconciliations, payroll accounting, financial reporting, audit support, and internal controls while partnering across departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information. The organization is seeking a detail‑oriented CPA with strong accounting expertise, sound judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic setting where teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement are highly valued.
