Compass is seeking a Senior Manager of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting to join our Finance team in New York. You will prepare and file all external financial reports with the SEC, and document complex technical accounting matters while monitoring new standards.
You will lead quarterly and annual reporting, manage equity transaction accounting, and support M&A diligence and post-close activities. A CPA with 5–7 years at a Big 4/public company environment is expected.
